Project Scope

•The Popcorn Factory has been providing premium popcorn and snacks since 1979

•However, its revenue has dropped by 8.7% from 2013 to 2015

•Objective: Increase revenue by 5% in the next four quarter

 

 

Our Approach:

•  Identified key online grocery categories for further customer segmentation analysis

•  Classified customers into segments with factor analysis and cluster analysis, and profiled segments with different attributes

•   Delivered strategic recommendations in terms of customer acquisition and retention to increase total revenues
